Does boycotting China products affects Indian economy? and Why China supports Pakistan all the time?

From the past few months, we were all hearing a common word in all the digital media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc called "boycotting china products".

Coming from the past history of china, first of all, let us know how China became the "World's Factory"?

1.   In the past long back years ago China was the poorest country in the world

2.   China is not the overnight star as what we are seeing now

3.   In 1978 China's GDP at market price was 6% as compared to the world's developed nation 'USA'.

      But in the last year 2019 china drastically increased its growth to 66% of its exports and imports.

4.   China planned to increase its economy from these four factors i.e :
                                    1.Agriculture
                                    2.Industries
                                    3.Defense
                                    4.Education (for the development in science & technology)

5.   For the development of industries, China implemented SEZ(Special Economic Zones) intended to function as zones of growth, in that China planned to decrease unemployment by using low tax and business incentives for the establishment of companies and also offered cheap labor costs along with low land rates.
6.  "SEZ is the weapon for China's rapid growth."

7.   China also improved its local purchasing power (LPO) where the growth began. And quickly became the "Worlds Factory"
8.   From the very beginning of SEZ china started increasing its exports and imports every year which leads to an increase in its GDP.

9.   In 2001 China entered into World Trade Organisation and became an economic superpower.

10. A famous economist from America said that china developed its growth by not playing fair                  games i.e Stealing foreign companies technologies(i.e replicating the products from foreign                companies and selling them for cheap costs than original technologies)
11. Now from all over the world, 100 out of 15 products are being manufactured from China.

Why China supports Pakistan all the time?

China can stand top in manufacturing the products but its GDP runs behind India & USA's GDP

   

In Order to increase its GDP and to Become Wolrd Super Power China Introduced A new Policy In 2008 investing " 8 Trillion Dollars " is "ONE BELT ONE ROAD".

China gets its most of its income or increases in the economy by its "Exports" through marine routes. For this China uses 3 ways i.e.

                                               1.Pacific Line

                                               2.Indian Line(Malacca route)

                                               3.Atlantic Line

Using the marine path China has to cross 15 ports of another country for its imports and exports. In this way, China has to cross 15 ports for its imports & Exports.

Here China played A master plan named it as ONE BELT ONE ROAD.

According to this plan China builts a roadway to develop its imports&exports and which connects 3 major cities in China to all the major Countries.

                           

Here one question arises why China invested a lot for this...?

               Looking carefully at this policy its a Cakewalk for Chinas import and export because there is no tax imposed on the products by roadways this loophole is well used by China.

For this China has an agreement with 64 countries like Greece, Russia, Pakistan, Kenya.

But India Didn't Accept this Agreement.

If you are in thought of why India refused this, Yes your on the right track.

Among the 7 roadways, one way is most prestigious and Its a Backbone oil supply for China. It is an alternate route for malacca(which India has grip) investment of 48 billion dollars. Since it connects the UAE(china's oil imports) to Pakistan Port Gwadar "CHINA-PAKISTAN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR" which connects the city of KASHGAR of China to GWADAR of Pakistan via POK(Pakistan Occupied Kashmir).

Look at the picture this road passes through POK which Pakistan illegally occupied Kashmir. If In future India occupies that place it would affect the Chinese imports. For this China supporting Pakistan and right now for this issue, China developed Nuclear plants & provided army supply financial assistance.

In this way, China brings an oil import so, it developed Gwadar port which is 400 km apart from Oman & from Gwadar it has a route way to China by China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

              Due to this reason China supporting Pakistan for expanding its grip on Kashmir by pushing the border i.e  "LINE OF CONTACT"
           
             India has a powerful army  & Improving the defense technology by which we can counter-attack any situation. SALUTE TO THE ARMY
             

Boycotting Chinese products: Is it really possible for India?

1. Form the above matter we got an idea that how China has developed itself from rags to riches. Now China became the world's economic superpower and competing with the USA.

2. China expanded its products to appear at every nook and corner in the world.

3. Coming to India, the trade relation between China and India is very good. Every year they make around 8 lakh crore business mutually.

 4. Going through the comparison of manufacturing between China and India, China manufactures around 30% of the total world's products but coming to India, it manufactures only about 3%. Here we got to know how we will be affected by boycotting the Chinese products.

5. From China, India imports around 16% it's of products but whereas China exports only 5% of products from India.  

6. India imports many raw materials as well as finished products such as steel, minerals, etc from China. When it comes to boycotting products from China, it can be only possible in case of finished goods but it is impossible to stop importing raw materials from China.

7. India also imports products such as electrical devices, mobile phones, cars, and also medicinal drugs. The China smartphone market makes around $8 billion of India's smartphone market.

8. If India plans to boycott Chinese products, then the GDP of India will drastically decrease and our country falls into Inflation.

9. India imports nearly seven times more from China than its exports. If India plans to boycott Chinese products than finding a substitute that can drastically increase the price of products and availability is nearly impossible.

10. It is important to note that almost every product we use in our day to day life almost has a bit of China in it.

11. At finally we have to understand the current situation of India in manufacturing and we have to make our India self reliant by empowering the power of swadeshi products then boycotting Chinese products will make sense.

So, what are the alternatives? and how can we make our India self reliant?

1. Like China, India also should implement SEZ(Special Economic Zones) policy like making low taxes and business incentives, and mainly land cost should be made low. So, that foreign investors tend to prefer establishing companies in India.

2. Mainly cheap politics should be washed out from India.

3. India should mainly focus on establishing many R&D labs as many as possible.

4. Increasing technology and attracting many foreign companies by providing loans at a very low cost.

5. India should make a policy that will be mainly focused on developing small scale industries.
